Snow Loading

Snow Loading is the weight force put on a roofs from snow that has accumulated over time.It becomes heavier over time, and puts pressure on the roof.

All roofs are built differently, and roofs are built according to the area they are.A roof in the mountains of Montana might be built stronger to withstand the weight of snow.A house built in Georgia may not be able to hold the amount of snow comapred to that of the house in Monatana.

So instead of getting into the details of snow loading.Lets just focus on making it a regular chore to remove that snow off the roof, before it does accumalate into a heavy slab of ice,and cause your roof stress.
